HUNTER PACE

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 13 9:00-12:00

and

SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 14 8:30-11:30

This will be an approximately 2 1/2-3 mile course with over 30 fence options.

 Classes:

1.  Optimum Flat

2.  Optimum Some Fences 

3.  Optimum Fences

4. Hokie Pokie-Open to all who will exceed the optimum time!

5. Optimum Family/Farm Option- May choose flat,  some fences or fences. All riders need to be related and/or ride at the same barn, pony club, 4-H,  or show team.

Dress- Casual tidy attire, approved helmets must be worn and proper riding shoes/ boots.

 v All tack is acceptable.

 v All disciplines of riding welcome.

 v Riders/Teams  may enter each class unlimited times. ( need a different number for each time entered)

 v The course will be well marked, all 3 courses run together side by side.

     v Water is available on the grounds.

 v Plenty of parking.

SUMMER EQUESTRIAN CLINIC

Levels

Beginner: Riders 6 years or older; MUST have had a least 3 riding lessons prior to session.

 Beginner/Intermediate: Riders 6 years of older; should be able to walk and trot.

 Please get your applications in early to secure a spot.

The program will be a five day week program. The morning will be the riding lessons and the afternoon will be horsemanship. Supervised Lunch

 Beginner/ Beginner Intermediate: Instruction will include stable management, horse and equipment care, and general horse sense.  Riders 6 years or older; MUST have had at least 3 riding lessons prior to session.   Each Session of Camp $450.00 per week

 Beginner/Beginner Intermediate Session will be limited to 6-8 students

The details:

·      20’ x 20’ spaces - $20 each (Bring your own tables and chairs.)

·      Propane and kerosene heaters MUST be accompanied by a fire extinguisher!!!

·      Some electric will be available to test items.

·      You may sell outside, out of your trailer.

·      Bringing a trailer/trailers to sell? Pay $20 for each trailer spot.

·      Ring available to set up at 12:00 noon. No earlybirds due to lessons.

·      Pay by cash, check, or Venmo, or thru Eventbrite on our FB event page.

·      Payment must be received by Tuesday, February 28!!!
